Step 1: Connect the breathing tube to the turbo unit and
turn it clockwise to lock it in place.
Step 2: Insert the flow meter on top of the pipe.
Step 3: Press the ON button and hold the tube in a verti
-
cal position at eye level.
Sept 4: The air flow is sufficient when the ball reaches
the minimum flow rate O. If the minimum flow
rate is not reached, replace the filter and / or bat
-
tery and test the flow again.
13.3 Air flow alarm test

Step 1: Remove the tube from the helmet and press the
ON button.
Step 2: Cover the end of the pipe with your hand to
block the airflow and wait approx. 15 seconds.
The alarm must be triggered during this period. If
the alarm does not work, the respirator system
must be repaired or replaced.
13.4 Adjustment of the helmet

Step 1: Pull the ring up to open the fabric seal and put
the helmet on.
Step 2: Adjust the headband so that the helmet fits exact
and tight . To do this, press and turn the knob left
to loosen the headgear and right to tighten.

If the ball does not reach the minimum flow level, the
device must not be used!
