Operating Instructions EMP 4 Expert
..4 Stand by mode
After setting intensity (flashing dot) the
EMP 4 Expert
stops stimu-
lation . The set intensities remain .
Use the
key to return to the previous setting .
Use the key to start stimulation .
.. External knob
Between the out hubs of the device is an opening for an external
knob . The device recognizes automatically in the stand by mode via
this opening a current selection signal and starts stimulation .
..6 Starting stimulation
Either after the key has been pushed again or by recognition of a
valid trigger signal at the external knob opening the
EMP 4 Expert
starts the stimulation cycle .
The stimulation icon and the flashing circles indicate the process
of the stimulation cycle .
The set stimulation cycle (Ramp - Work - Ramp - Pause) is run once
with the preset intensity values . Then the
EMP 4 Expert
falls back
into stand-by mode .
With each stimulation cycle run, the stimulation cycle counter
drops by one value . If all pre-selected stimulation cycles are worked
off, the intensity values will be reset to zero and the stimulation
cycle counter will recharged with the pre-selected value .
Use the
key to stop stimulation .
