Weiter zerlegen wie beim Greifer ohne Greifkraftsicherung (von
Punkt 5 bis 9).
Der Zusammenbau erfolgt in umgekehrter Reihenfolge.
Dabei Kapitel 8.2 und die Schraubenanzugsmomente Kapitel 8.4
beachten.
8.3.5 Version mit Kraftverstärkungszylinder (KVZ)
(Pos.-Nr. siehe Kapitel 9.3 »Zusammenbau des KVZ«)
1.
Die Druckluftleitungen entfernen.
2.
Die Schrauben (Pos. 47) herausdrehen und dann das
Abdeckblech (Pos. 5) entfernen.
3.
Die Einbaulage des Kolbens (Pos. 3/8) und der Grundbacken
(Pos. 2/7) im Gehäuse markieren.
4.
Die Schrauben (Pos. 41) herausdrehen und dann den Deckel
(Pos. 4) entfernen.
5.
Die Schraube (Pos. 51) herausdrehen und den Zylinder-
kolben (Pos. 6) und den Distanzkolben (Pos. 66) aus dem
Zwischengehäuse (Pos. 65) entfernen.
6.
Die Schrauben (Pos. 46/54) herausdrehen und das Zwi-
schengehäuse (Pos. 65) abnehmen.
7.
Den zweiten Zylinderkolben (Pos. 6) aus dem Gehäuse
(Pos. 1) entfernen.
Weiter zerlegen wie beim Greifer ohne Greifkraftsicherung
(Kapitel 8.3.2 von Punkt 6 bis 9).
Der Zusammenbau erfolgt in umgekehrter Reihenfolge.
Dabei Kapitel 8.2 und die Schraubenanzugsmomente Kapitel 8.4
beachten.
8.3.6 Montage Option HUE »Schutzhülle«
(Pos.-Nr. siehe Kapitel 9.4 »Zusammenbau der Schutzhülle«)
ACHTUNG!
Bei der Montage des Greifers muss die Energie-
versorgung abgeschaltet sein. Beachten Sie auch die
Sicherheitshinweise auf den Seiten 3 und 4.
ACHTUNG!
Bei der Option Schutzhülle HUE kann nur über
MMS 22 abgefragt werden.
Die Befestigung des Greifers durch Durchschrauben
von vorne (siehe Kapitel 5 »Montage«), muss vor
Montage der Option HUE Schutzhülle erfolgen.

Die Füllstücke (Pos. 73) mit den Schrauben (Pos. 76) an das
Gehäuse (Pos. 1) montieren. (Bei PGN-plus 50 und kleiner
werden die Füllstücke (Pos. 73) nicht mit Schrauben, son-
dern mit der Schraubschelle (Pos. 78) gehalten.)
2.
Die Schutzhülle (Pos. 74) über das Gehäuse (Pos. 1) ziehen.
3.
Anschließend die Zwischenbacken (Pos. 72) in die Schutz-
hülle (Pos. 74) fügen.
4.
Die Schutzhülle (Pos. 74) mit den Schraubschellen (Pos. 77)
an den Zwischenbacken (Pos. 72) und der Schraubschelle
(Pos. 78) an den Füllstücken (Pos. 73) und um das Gehäuse
(Pos. 1) befestigen.
5.
Die Fixierung der Aufsatzbacken erfolgt über Zentrierhülsen
(Pos. 75) an den Zwischenbacken (Pos. 72).
Continue as in the case of the gripper without gripping force
safety device (from paragraphs 5 to 9).
Carry out assembly in the reverse order from the above.
When reassembling, observe the instructions in chapter 8.2 and
the screw breakaway torque in chapter 8.4.
8.3.5 Version with power booster cylinder (KVZ)
(For items, see chapter 9.3, „Assembling the power booster cyl.”)
1.
Remove the compressed air lines.
2.
Unscrew the screws (item 47) and then detach the cover
plate (item 5).
3.
Mark the installation position of the piston (item 3) and the
base jaws (item 2) in the housing.
4.
Unscrew the screws (item 41) and then detach the cover
(item 4).
5.
Unscrew the screw (item 51) and remove the cylinder piston
(item 6) and spacer piston (item 66) from the intermediate
housing (item 65).
6.
Unscrew the screws (item 46/54) and detach the intermedia-
te housing (item 65).
7.
Remove the second cylinder piston (item 6) from the housing
(item 1).
Continue as in the case of the gripper without gripping force
safety device (from paragraphs 5 to 9).
Carry out assembly in the reverse order from the above.
When reassembling, observe the instructions in chapter 8.2 and
the screw breakaway torque in chapter 8.4.
8.3.6 Assembly option HUE “protective cover”
(For items, see chapter 9.4, „Assembling of the protective cover”)
CAUTION!
The power supply must be switched off during
assembly of the gripper. Please also observe the
safety notes on pages 3 and 4.
CAUTION!
With the HUE protective cover option, it is only pos-
sible to query via MMS 22.
The gripper must be fastened by screwing through
from the front (see chapter 5 “Assembly”) before
assembling the HUE protective cover option.
1.
Mount the filler pieces (item 73) with the screws (item 76) on
the housing (item 1). (In the case of PGN-plus 50 or smaller,
the filler pieces (item 73) are held by the screw clamp (item
78) instead of by screws).
2.
Pull the protective cover (item 74) over the housing (item 1).
3.
Next, insert the intermediate jaws (item 72) into the protecti-
ve cover (item 74).
4.
Fix the protective cover (item 74) with the screw clamps
(item 77) to the intermediate jaws (item 72) and the screw
clamp (item 78) to the filler pieces (item 73) and around the
housing (item 1).
5.
The top jaws are fastened by means of guide sleeves
(item 75) on the intermediate jaws (item 72).
