OPERATING POSITION

When you receive your FX-530, it will be shipped with the small outer wings flipped over as shown below

(Figure AsmP-R-0501).

A.If you have not purchased the hydraulic fold option for the outside wings:

-Simply put the main wings down and then flip the outer wing over using an approved lifting device. Make sure

to stand clear of the outer wing when it is being lowered to avoid injury.

GENERAL

Check oil level in all gearboxes before operation. Refer to the

Maintenance Section

this manual for recommended oil type and viscosity.

Lubricate all grease fittings. Refer to the grease schedule of this manual.
Check that all nuts and bolts are in place and properly tightened. Refer to the

Maintenance Section

of this

manual for required bolt grades and torques.
Check that all tires are inflated to proper specifications. Refer to the

Maintenance Section

of this manual for

required tire pressures.
