Instructions for Use and Care
• Before using the product for the first time, ensure that all labels and stickers are com-
pletely removed. Then boil water in it and rub the inside with a drop of cooking oil.
• After using this utensil, wash and dry it thoroughly.
• These products are very easy to clean. It is sufficient to wash them by hand. The
agents used in dish-washing machines may corrode the surface sealing and reduce
the non-stick effect.
• Clean the utensil immediately after every boiling or frying operation. For washing, use
hot water, standard washing-up liquid, a soft cloth, sponge or soft brush. Do not use
hard objects such as steel wool, abrasive detergents or oven cleaner. To remove more
stubborn stains, we recommend using a special sponge for coated cooking utensils.
• Before using the product, rub the inside surface and sides with one or two drops of oil
(the inside surface at least should be covered with a very thin fatty film). This protects
the coating as well as the material.
• In order to avoid energy loss, place the cookware in the centre of a suitably sized
hob. The flame size of the gas hob should also be adjusted to suit the pot. Note:
When using induction hobs, it is especially important to ensure that the hob is not too
large for the base of the pot. An oversized hob poses the risk of the cookware not
connecting properly or even at all. In addition, it can cause the sides of the cookware
to overheat, which can damage the non-stick surface of coated pots and pans. This
handling error does not represent grounds for complaint and is not included in the
terms of the warranty.
