Montage
Om verpakkingstechnische redenen is uw machine niet
volledig gemonteerd.
Bedieningsarmen monteren, afb. 4
• Vet de glijplaat (A) licht in.
• De bedieningsarm (B) met de uitsparing in de dwars
-
verbinding (C) invoeren.
• Plaats de zeskantschroef M 8 x 30 (D) met ring er
van boven af in, met de ring en borgmoeren van on
-
deren zo ver vastdraaien dat de bedieningsarm nog
kan bewegen.
Veiligheidsbeugels aan bedieningsarmen monteren,

De veiligheidsbeugels met 2 kruiskopschroeven, 2 rin
-
gen en 2 eindmoeren vastschroeven aan beide bedie
-
ningsarmen.
Loopwielen monteren, afb. 5
• Steek de wielassen (1) door de boringen.
• Monteer aan beide kanten elk een ring, loopwiel (2)
en ring (3).
• De veiligheidsdop (4) er aan beide kanten opdrukken.
• Steek de wielen door de gleuven.

Onderste kapmespositie 10 cm. boven splijttafel
• Draai het kapmes op de gewenste positie.
• Laat een arm los,
• Zet de motor uit,
• laat de tweede arm los, maak vleugelmoer A los,
• Breng de stang om het heffen in te stellen naar boven
op de gewenste hoogte en draai de vleugelmoer weer
vast.
• Zet de motor aan en
• Controleer, evt. corrigeer, de bovenste positie.
Assembly
For reasons of packing, your scheppach log splitter is
not completely assembled.

• Slightly lubricate the sliding plate (A).
• Using the slot, insert the operating arm (B) into the
cross connection (C).
• Insert the hexagon bolt M 8 x 30 (D) with a wash
-
er from above, tighten it with the locking nut and a
washer from below so that the operating arm can still
be moved.

Fix the safety brackets with 2 cross-head screws, 2
washers and 2 lock nuts on both operating arms.

• Insert the wheel axle (1) into the holes.
• Attach a washer, a wheel (2) and a washer (3) on
both sides.
• Push on the safety cap (4) on both sides.
• Fix the wheels on the brackets.

Lower splitting knife position about 10 cm above table.
• Move splitting knife to the desired position
• Release one operating arm
• Switch motor off
• Release the second operating arm
• Release the locking screw A
• Push the stroke set rod B to the top until it is stopped
by the spring
• Retighten the locking screw A
• Switch motor on
• Check upper position
