Improper transport of the machine may result in machine damage.
adhere to the following instructions when moving machines on a cart:

For safety reasons, the cart must be pulled and not pushed when moving the coffee machine.
●
Only pull on the cart and never on the machine.
●
The cart is not intended for transporting cargo.
The manufacturer cannot be held liable for any damage resulting from unintended use of the cart or from
failure to follow the operating instructions.

Cleaning programme
This message appears on the display when daily
or weekly cleaning is pending.

grinder no beans
Appears when the bean container is empty or
when a coffee bean has become stuck.
►
Fill up the bean hopper with beans (max. 1000 g
per container) and confirm message.
grinder blocked
An object (such as a stone) has become jammed
in the grinder.
► Check the grinder for clogging and remove the
remaining beans with a vacuum cleaner if neces-
sary.
heating coffee water
heating hot water
The temperature is 10 °C below the programmed
temperature.

Wait until the target temperature has been
reached.
►
If the message persists: contact your service part-
ner.
Filter change
The programmed water volume (litres/month) has
passed through the filter.
►
Contact service partner.
Service request
The programmed number of beverages (cups /
month) has been reached. Service is required.
►

Drinking water tank empty
● The drinking water tank is empty.
● The float switch is defective.
► Fill the drinking water tank and place it beneath
the counter.

If the message persists: contact your service part-
ner.
Waste water full
● Dirty water tank is empty.
● The float switch is defective.
► Empty the dirty water tank and place it under the
counter.
►
If the message persists: contact your service part-
ner.
decaf inlet open

The [
Decaf
] field was pressed to dispense a
decaffeinated beverage.
●
The manual inlet was opened.
►
Add ground coffee to dispense a decaffeinated
beverage.
►
Close the manual inlet.
►
If the message persists: contact your service part-
ner.
milk empty
The milk concentrate is empty.
► Replace the empty milk concentrate package
with a new package.
