Filling the Fuel Tank

Ensure that the machine is on a flat and level surface before checking the fuel level.

The DEUTZ TCD 3.6 EU Stage

III

B engine uses ultra low sulphur diesel fuel to EN590.

1. To check and fill the fuel tank use the following procedure:

2. Open left hand gantry door.

3. Use the sight glass

to determine the level of fuel within the tank.

4. If you need to add fuel to the tank then using the key supplied, unlock and remove

the filler cap

5. Insert fuel filler nozzle into the opening and fill as required keeping an eye on the

sight glass.

6. Once the required level of fuel has been reached remove the nozzle.

7. Replace and lock fuel filler cap.

8. Close the left hand gantry door.
