7. Q: How to record the he image of USB Webcam from WAN?
A: Besides make sure to enable the USB Webcam Access from WAN , the Remote
Management should be enabled also, and then the image of USB Webcam
could be seen from WAN.

1. Q: Why can’t my printer work?
A: For more details, please refer to “3.5.3 Printer Server” in the USB application.
Maybe GR-1100 doesn’t support your printer. You can contact with us to get
more updated information about printer driver support.

1. Q: Why can’t be the NTFS hard disk used with GR-1100?
A: GR-1100 doesn’t support the NTFS hard disk. It only supports EXT3 and FAT32
hard disk.
2. Q: Why can’t my USB devices work on GR-1100?
A: Maybe your USB devices and GR-1100 are not compatible. So if you want to
know whether your inserted device such as USB Webcam, USB Printer or USB
HDD corresponds with GR-1100, please check with your product provider.
3. Q: What is the maximum number of IP addresses that the XDSL Router will
support?
A: The router will support to 253 IP addresses with NAT mode.
4. Q: Is the Router cross-platform compatible?
A: Any platform that supports Ethernet and TCP/IP is compatible with the Router.
