Check if one or more lamps are damaged. Replace if damaged.

Check the ballast.
4.5.1
Switch a lamp that works with a lamp that doesn’t light up. If the GOOD lamp
doesn’t light up, contact SANUVOX: the ballast is probably defective.

Open up the two panels on the unit (step 1.4).

Check if the power supply light is lit. If it is not contact SANUVOX.
4.8
Check if there are loose or disconnected wires. In that case, please connect them back
firmly. Any doubts? Contact SANUVOX.
