FAILURE TO START A DISINFECTION CYCLE (The start/stop buttons
flash alternately or still red).
2.1
Make sure that both towers are connected to an electrical outlet. Unless in « Primary unit
only » mode, both towers can only work when paired.

2.2
Check if towers are properly configured from one router to the other.
Link both towers together using the Ethernet cable.
If the «start/stop» buttons stop flashing alternately and are lit, please contact
SANUVOX to verify router's configuration.

2.3
Nearby electronic devices may interfere. Move the machine away from potential sources of
interference and verify the functionality of the unit again.
2.4
Open the unit’s two access panels. (see step 1.4)
2.5
Check if routers are functional.
2.5.1
Using a computer, with Wi-Fi or cable connected, open the command window and
ping the router's IP addresses.
