Maintenance
WARNING
Risk of injury!
Do always switch off the device and disconnect the power supply cord/plug and empty the tank of the
device fully before starting any cleaning or maintenance works! Maintenance works can only be carried
out through well-trained personnel or professional electricians.
Observe all safety indications stated above, in chapter 2.

Scope of delivery
A set of 30 air intake filter
Description
The air intake filter keeps the dust out of the distributing air stream.
The filter needs to be clean in order to guarantee a sufficient air intake.
Important
Consistently replacement of the filter will guarantee the proper functioning and lifetime of the Q-Jet only.
Standard environment
→ every 20 hours of operating
Dusty / risky environment
→ every 10 hours of operating
NOTE: Any defects not following this instruction will not be covered by warranty.

CAUTION

Always wear gloves and safety googles when filling and emptying tank and when replacing the air filter!
Used air filters can be contaminated with acids!
Dispose used air filter in a small plastic bag.

Turn off the device.
•
Emptying the tank.
•
Put the device on the side.
•
Open the filter case on the bottom of the device.
Always wear gloves and safety googles.
•
Remove the used filter and install the new one.
Dispose used air filter in a small plastic bag.
•
Close the filter case.
