4.15.2 Obtain IP address using DHCP client
The gateway can obtain its IP address from a DHCP Server using the built-in DHCP Client.
The network’s DHCP Server must be setup correctly for this to work. Please contact your
network administrator for assistance.
i)
Enable the DHCP Client on Ethernet port N1 and/or N2 by pressing
“4”.
ii)
Press
“Y” <Enter>. “N”
will disable the DHCP client.
iii)
Press any key to continue and escape back to the main menu. Press
”!”
to restart
the gateway
iv)
Press
“Q”
twice to quit from Ruinet and the discovery screen.
v)
Run Ruinet again to connect to the gateway.
