INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
How to Open the Pressure Cooker:
Never use the pressure cooker around children.
Push the opening button located on the handle of the lid in the direction of the arrow
and turn the lid rightward by holding the grip under the handle of the lid with your other
hand. Now, you may remove the lid.
Placing your ingredients in the pressure cooker:
Add at least one cup of water/liquids
to the cooker for each meal. Fill the pot half way the most. Liquids and ingredients are
included when only filling it up half way. If you are cooking foods that will produce foam
(legumes, peas, rice, etc.), fill your pot up less than half way. Remember; half of your
pot is for your ingredients and the other half is fors team. The cooking time will be less
depending on how full the pot is.
Lid Placement Point:
There are lines on the metal lid and corresponding grip of the
pressure cooker. These allow easy placement of the lid.
How to Close the Pressure
Cooker:
In order to put the lid
on, hold the lid slightly inclined,
place the centering line of the lid
parallel to the line on the grip of
the pressure cooker. Turn the lid
leftwards until you hear a clicking
sounds to lock it.
Cooking Process:
Place your
pressure cooker on heat source.
The gradual guide arm must be
at ‘steam discharge’. Make sure
that the flames of the oven do
not overflow from the sides of the
pressure cooker. When the steam
starts escaping from steam es-
cape channel, first, dim the heat
source to the lowest selection.
Turn the cooking adjustment arm
to program 1 or program 2 de-
pending on the type of food. At
this moment, your cooking time
starts, adjust your time accor-
dingly. Do not intervene with the
cooking valve during the coo-
king process; the valve will take
out the excessive pressure. Do
not forget, lower the heat sour-
ce, more economic and delicious
your meals will be.
