4-1. How to recover the device
1. When you make a USB connection but cannot turn the power on. It happens when the Nand Flash Memory is erased by external factor (static
electricity, electric shock, etc.).

Double-click YP-C1 icon on the Desktop.

YP-C1 Updater initialization is in progress...." dialog box appears.

Remove the battery from the YP-C1 and connect the USB device while pressing the Play/Pause button.

"YP-C1 Updater" dialog box will appear.

Select the check box of the "Download Option --> Format data area" option.

When the "Option" message box appears, click the "Yes" button.

The process is completed as the following figure shows.

The system recovery has been completed.
