BACKUP
You can check the backup data size and perform backup of a desired channel or at a desired time.
BACKUP
Press the [
MENU
] button on the remote control or select
<
BACKUP
> button on the launcher menu.
The login dialog appears.
Select a user account and enter the password.
Only those users who have the backup permission can access
the BACKUP menu.
Web Viewer doesn't support data backup including the
neighborhood of DST transition (ON
➝
OFF) time.
If you want to back up this period, do it on the DVR set, please.
NEW BACKUP
You can backup the reserved data to the connected storage device.
Using the mouse may help easy setup.
Access the BACKUP menu to display the <
NEW BACKUP
>
setup screen.
Use direction buttons (▲▼◄►) to move to a desired
item, and press the [
ENTER
] button to set the value.
TAG: Enter a name for each data item that you want to
reserve.
DEVICE: Select an external storage device to which you
save the backup data.
FROM: Specify the backup start time.
TO: Specify the backup end time.
LOG: If you want to receive the system log file, check the log item and proceed with the query session.
CODEC: Before you can play the backup data properly with Media Player, check the item that you want
to play and download the codec as well. Check before proceeding with the query session. (PAL Only)
If <
D.S.T
> set to <
ON
>, you can see overlapped time by pressing < , >.
By double-clicking the backup codec, install it in your PC. Then, get started with Media Player. If you forget to check
the codec, it will not be backed up properly.
Press the <
QUERY
> button.
The recorded data will be displayed in the backup information column.
Check the data size in <
BACKUP INFO
>.
To change the search criteria, press the <
RELEASE
> button.
