Using Your Phone’s SIM Card
Before using your phone’s GSM capabilities, you must acquire and
install a Subscriber Identity Module (SIM) card. This card identifies
your phone to the GSM network(s) in which you are traveling, and
can also store personal data including a phone book that is kept
separately from the phone’s internal Contacts directory.

1-888-226-7212.
Installing a SIM Card
To install your phone’s SIM card:
1.
Press and hold
to power the phone off and remove the
battery (see “Removing the Battery” on page 20.)
2.
Insert the SIM card face down in the slot.
3.
Slide the SIM card to the right, underneath the metal tabs. (It
should fit snugly in the slot beneath the tabs.)
4.
Replace the battery (see “Installing the Battery” on page 19)
and press
to turn the phone on.
