Viewing a Picture Message from the Inbox
1.
Highlight an unretrieved picture message
from the list and press the
Options
soft key. The following options will appear:
• Retrieve
: begins the process of retrieving the picture message from the voice
mail server and preparing it for viewing.
• Delete
: deletes the selected picture message or all messages.
• Sort by
: allows you to sort messages by Read/Unread, Date, Name, Type, Size,
or Subject.
• Lock
: allows you to protect the message from being deleted.

Select Retrieve and press the
Select
soft key to begin the retrieval process.

Select retrieved picture message
from the list and press the
Options
soft key. The following options will appear:
• Reply via
: allows you to send a reply to the sender by sending a Picture
message, Text message, or Voice note.
• Reply all via
: allows you to send a reply to the sender by sending a Picture
message or Voice note.
• Call back
: allows you to call the sender back.
• Forward
: allows you to forward the message to another number.
• Delete
: deletes the selected picture message.
• Sort by
: allows you to sort messages by Read/Unread, Date, Name, Type, Size,
or Subject.
• Lock
: allows you to protect the message from being deleted.
• Properties
: shows you information about the message, such as time and date
the message was received, the sender’s email address or phone number,
recipient’s email address or phone number, Cc, message size, priority, and class.

Press the
View
key to view the message contents.
5.
To scroll through the contents, press the
Up
or
Down
Navigation keys.
While viewing a picture message, you may choose the following options by pressing
the
Options
soft key:
•
Reply via:
allows you to send a reply to the sender by sending a Picture message,
Text message, or Voice note.
•
Reply all via:
allows you to send a reply to the sender by sending a Picture
message or Voice note.
•
Call back:
allows you to call the sender back.
•
Forward:
allows you to forward the message to another number.
•
Replay
: allows you to review the picture message.
•
Delete:
deletes the selected picture message.
