A Windows-server solution that analyses and

MegaTrack
Overview
Reliable information on how your printers are used
– and misused – gives you the essential informa-
tion for controlling and redeploying your printing
assets, and managing your printer consumables.
But the flexibility for which you value network print-
ing can make it hard to track who is printing what,
where and when.
MegaTrack runs on print-servers to capture infor-
mation about the print job, and the user, cost-cen-
ter, and so on, that originates it. Gathering this data
in a database, and applying printer-specific cost
profiles provides an accurate picture of print costs,
and printer and consumables use. You can access
the resulting reports over the intranet (or extranet),
receive them as e-mails or import them into Excel.
This information is a powerful tool in streamlining
both day-to-day planning, and longer term printing
strategies.
