Channel

[Single Cable settings]

[SatCR]

allows connection up to 8 STBs via

single coaxial cable.

There are 4 and 8 slot devices available on

the market. Each device must be assigned to

unique slot number and its corresponding

frequency. Splitters must be used to connect

STBs to common coaxial cable.

SatCRs support switching between two

satellites (

[Port A]

and

[Port B]

) but only few

devices have implemented this functionality.
