Error can occur when the positioner's attachment position is shifted or when
the valve trim is worn, particularly with soft-sealed plugs.

Check valve and attachment of the positioner. If OK, perform a zero calibra -
tion over Code 6 (see section 7.7).
We recommend to re-initialize the positioner if zero deviates by more than
5 %.
