Always close the compressed air supply and release the pressure in the system before any type of control or
replacement of pump parts or hoist.

The hoist does not lift
Hoist supply air is too low.
Increase air pressure supply of the hoist.
The two-way valve knob is not rotated
upward.
Turn the knob upwards.
The pressing plate is locked in the trunk.
Gradually open the valve for air venting
in order to promote the release of the
pressure plate from the stem.
Leaking material from the edges
from the stem
Flat seals blowing worn.
Replace the gaskets.
The two-way valve knob is turned down
and the connecting air supply of the hoist
is excessive.
Turn the knob in the middle position or
reduce air pressure.
