PROCEDURE FOR EXTRACTION
THE PRESSING PLATE IN THE
DRUM
•
Make sure that the regulators (
P2
) and (
P3
) are at 0 bar.
•
Open the air intake tap (
P4
) in the drum.
NOTE
The pump may have sudden movements during the
escape from the drum. Keep away from moving parts.
•
Move the control lever (
P1
) upwards.
•
Open the air inlet valve (
P5
) in the drum.
• Gradually increase air pressure on the regulators (
P2
) and
(
P3
) up to about 1 bar to raise the hoist.
• Once the pressing plate has been removed, the drum can
be removed from the hoist.
•
Close the air intake tap (
P4
) and the valve (
P5
) in the drum.
To extract the pump and pressure plate from the frame, proceed
as follows:
•
Move the control lever (
P1
) to the "
Stop
" position.
