8.2.2. Procedure B: Powder pump / plunger tube cleaning

WARNING : This cleaning is done at each change of shift or at each change of color.
•
Step 1
: Take the fluidizing tube out of the
powder box, leaving it in the support arm
and hold it with the hook. Swivel the sup-
port arm to the outside of the cart on the
Fast Clean side.

Step 2
: Remove the powder box, making
sure to close the plastic over the powder
and put the next color box.
•
Step 3
: Position the gun in the direction of
the ventilated booth and press the trigger
several times to release the remaining pow-
der into the circuit.
