5. Maintenance
WARNING : Before any intervention on the powder coating booth, it is imperative to switch off
the electrical and pneumatic power supplies.
5.1. Maintenance summary table
The periodicity of maintenance indicated in the procedures below is only indicative and
depends on the nature of the powder used. The user will have to create his own maintenance
range as he uses
SAMES KREMLIN
equipment.
5.2. Cleaning
WARNING : All cleaning operations should only be carried out using compressed air or the
cleaning product recommended by
SAMES KREMLIN
.
It is strictly forbidden to use a flammable product whose flash point is lower than the ambient
temperature plus 5°C to clean the booth (as the booth lining is made of PVC, there is a risk of
accumulation of electrostatic charges that can cause a spark and ignite the solvent).
Do not spray any cleaning agent into the booth with the ventilation system running.
