4.2.4. Installation of the distribution blocks
Step 1
: Screw the flow regulators (

), banjos (

silencers (

) and fittings (

) onto the distributor
blocks (

Step 2
: Fasten the valve blocks (

) to the housing
support (

) with 2 screws M4 x 60 with washers
Step 3
: Make the pneumatic connections with
the cylinder assemblies.
4.2.5. Installation of the protective cover
Step 1
: Secure the cover (

) to the housing (

with 8 self-drilling 4.8 x 22 screws (

).
4.2.6. Installation of the side panels
Step 1
: Position the longitudinal (

) and entry/exit
(

) profiles on the box (1).
WARNING : As the panels have a large weight, it
is imperative to use the appropriate means
(slings, elevator truck, etc...) to lift these panels
safely
Step 2
: Attach the lifting plates (
1
) to the side
panels (
2
) with 4 M8 x 16 screws per plate.
Step 3
: Lift and place the side panels (
2
) on the
booth bottom box.
Step 4
: Remove the lifting plates (
1
) after installa-
tion.
