4.2.3. Installation of the cylinder assemblies
WARNING : When assembling the cylinders, it is imperative that the cylinder rods are extended
and that the flaps are in a horizontal position.
Step 1
: Install the elbow fitting (

) on the cylinder
(

).
Step 2
: Secure the swivel flange (

) on the cylin-
der (

) with 4 screws M6 x 20.
Step 3
: Join the second flange (

) to the first one
by a shaft (

) and lock it with two clips.
Step 4
: Attach the support (

) to the flange (

)
with 4 M6 x 20 bolts with nuts and washers.
Step 5
: Install the elbow fitting (

) on the cylinder
(

Step 6
: Screw the rod cover (

) onto the cylinder
rod.
Step 7
: Fit the rotation rod (

) on the cover plate
(

) by locking the cover shaft.
Step 8
: Fasten the cylinder assembly mounted on
the box (

) by fixing the rotation rod (

) on the
support (

) with a M10 x 25 screw.
Step 9
: Fasten the bracket (

) to the housing (

)
with 4 screws M8 x 20.
Step 10
: Repeat the operation for the second
cylinder assembly.
