dollars, it’s $25.00.
Touching the
[Next Dollar]
button rounds up. If someone buys some candy that
totals $2.50 and gives you $3, you could touch
[$1]
three times, or enter
[3] [00]
on
the Key Pad. Or you could touch
[Next Dollar]
which will round up the $2.50 sale
and display $3 – the amount tendered.
You always have the option of entering the amount given to you by the rider
(amount tendered) with the keypad. Remember to enter cents or
[00]
. Then touch
[CASH]
.
If the rider gives the correct amount for a sale, just touch
[CASH]
. The drawer opens
and the transaction is complete. By the way,
[NO SALE]
in the Function Buttons
section will open the cash drawer at any time – to replace tokens, for instance.
If the rider writes a check for the transaction (exact amount only, please), just touch
[CHECK]
. The drawer will open and the transaction is complete.
