Removing limescale

Turn off appliance and let it cool down.

Insert Gastronorm container, insert drain plug and close drain tap.

Fill up the pan tub with vinegar and water at a ratio of 1:1 (1 part vinegar, 1 part water). Boil
briefly and allow to work for 15 to 30 minutes depending on the limescale deposit.

Then rinse pan tub with clear water.

Drain off cleaning residues into the Gastronorm container: Clean the drain pipe thoroughly
with a round brush while draining the rinsing agent suds.

Rinse pan tub and drain pipe thoroughly with water and rub dry.
.
Clean drain plug and metal cover sheet in the dishwasher or with a grease-cutting cleaning
agent.
4.2
Cleaning stainless steel surfaces

Empty and clean the Gastronorm container.
.
After using pungent cleaning agents, wash off the cleaned part thoroughly using water.
.
Rub cleaned parts and surfaces dry with a soft cloth.
.
Clean stainless steel surfaces with grease-cutting cleaning agent or special stainless steel
cleaner.
