Getting ready for use
Close the drain tap
Crush hazard!
Do not reach into the
drain opening while closing the drain tap.

Close the drain tap using the lever.

Remove lever.

The lever can only be removed when the
drain tap is closed.

If necessary, insert the metal cover sheet or
the drain plug.

The metal cover sheet can be shifted within
the holder: e.g. use unperforated side for
frying or perforated side as a sieve.

Inserting the Gastronorm container

For safe removal of the Gastronorm con
tainer without emptying cart:
Flip both bow-type handles forwards before
inserting the Gastronorm container.

Place the cover for the Gastronorm con
tainer (with the cover opening forwards) onto
the Gastronorm container.

Insert the Gastronorm container into the
guide up to the stop or push the emptying
cart with Gastronorm container under the
drain.
