Peach and Raspberry Smoothie

Raspberries provide useful amounts of vitamin C, which is essential for boosting immunity and
helping wound healing and iron absorption; plus folic acid, vitamin E, magnesium and ellegic
acid. Peaches contain beta carotene and potassium that help protect against heart disease, as well
as vitamin C.

Ingredients
2 ripe peaches or nectarines, stoned and roughly chopped
150g raspberries
150ml cold water
4 ice cubes
Method
Put the peaches/nectarines, raspberries water and ice into the Smoothie Maker
Blend on low for a few seconds then switch to high and blend until smooth
Serve in a cocktail glass and garnish as desired.
