Ingredients
200ml skimmed milk
150g fat free bio yoghurt
6 “ ready to eat” dried apricots, quartered
1 banana, peeled and cut into chunky pieces
2 tbsp oat-bran
1 tsp clear honey
Method
Place all ingredients into the Smoothie Maker
Blend on low for a few seconds
Switch to high and blend until smooth
Pour into tall glasses and serve
Add extra milk or water to achieve the right consistency for drinking.
