1. After the

”.
2. Use

TIME (5:00 TO
99:00; 1 MINUTE INCREMENT).
3. Press the
ENTER
button to confirm the value of
TIME.
NOTE for TIME:
Count Up: If a target time was not selected,
TIME
will count up from 0:00 to
maximum 99:59 minutes.
Count Down: If you have set the target time
(5:00 TO 99:00; 1 MINUTE
INCREMENT)
, the console will count down from that selected target time
down to 0:00.
NOTE:
You can go back to re-set
the value of
WEIGHT
by pressing
CLEAR RESET
button.

Mode.
Cool Down is an important aspect of your workout because
it helps reduce muscle stiffness and soreness. In addition,
Cool Down allows your heart rate to return to normal, resting state.
During Cool Down Mode, the resistance will return to the lowest resistance
level.
Cool Down time is depending on the length of your workout.

ENTER SUMMARY MODE :
1. Enter Summary Mode: Two ways as shown below
When Cool Down’s
countdown reaches zero, the
Cool Down period will end to
enter
SUMMARY
Mode.

3. Press
CLEAR REST
