Keys & Controls on the Top

Disc window

IR sensor
Receive signal from the remote control.

Display

Standby LED indicator
Light on when the device is in standby mode.
5.
On/Off
Switches the unit to and from standby mode.
The unit is fully disconnected from the mains after the plug has
been pulled out.

Function
Selects the FM Tuner, MW Tuner, CD, SD CARD, USB and
Auxiliary Input modes.
7.
DSC/UBS
Briefly press to select the sound setting.
Press and hold down to activate and deactivate the Ultra Bass System.
8.
Sleep
Sets the sleep timer.
9.
Play/Pause
In CD, SD CARD and USB mode: Plays and pauses the playback.
In Tuner mode: Calls up the station types.
10.
Stop
In CD, SD CARD and USB mode: Stops the playback.
In FM Tuner mode: Selects Stereo or Mono reception.
11.
Rewind / Tuning Down
In Tuner mode: Searches station backwards.
In CD, SD CARD and USB mode: Selects files or tracks;
Searches backwards for a particular passage in a file or track.
12.
Memory Down / Album Down
In Tuner mode: Selects stored radio stations.
13.
Memory Up / Album Up
In CD, SD CARD and USB mode: Selects albums.
14.
Forward / Tuning Up
In Tuner mode: Searches station forwards.
In CD, SD CARD and USB mode: Selects files or tracks;
Searches forwards for a particular passage in a file or track.
15.
Mute / Snooze
Interrupts the alarm function or the reminder timer.
Switches the speakers to and from mute mode.
16.
Volume Down
Adjusts the volume.

Volume Up

Open
Open and Close the CD compartment door.
