8. MEASUREMENT OF HYDRAULIC PUMP CASE PRESSURE
8-1. Measurement of Propulsion Pump Case Pressure
• Oil temperature during measurement : 50
± 5
°C (122
± 41
°F)
①
Disconnect hose (1) from propulsion pump. Attach
pressure gauge through adapter
ⓠ
.
• Adapter
ⓠ
: G 3/4
• Pressure gauge : 0 to 5 MPa (0 to 725 psi)
②
Set propulsion speed change switch to “
” position.
③
Start the engine and set throttle lever to “Full” position.
④
Establish a condition in which machine propulsion load
becomes maximal. (Pressure does not build up unless
propulsion load is applied.)
⑤
With propulsion load at maximum, measure pressure
when speed change switch is in “
” and “
”
positions and F-R lever is in “neutral”, “forward”, and
“reverse” positions, respectively.
★
Allowable pump case pressure
: 0.3 MPa (44 psi) or less
