Storing Battery
- Fix the battery firmly and safely
in its place.
- Keep the battery completely dry
and clean in its place.
- Keep the battery terminals and
connections clean and tight.
- If there is electrolyte on the
battery terminals, wash it
immediately with a solution of
water and baking soda.
- If the vehicle will not be used for
an extended time, disconnect the
battery cables.
- Check the water level of the
battery initially installed on your
vehicle.
- It is recommended that in summer
and when using A/C, check the
water level of the battery and add
distilled water if required.
Attention
If the battery becomes
discharged or any abnormal
indications appear, consult an
authorized SAIPA company
dealer.
