Replacing Seat Pad
To replace seat pad see section C-10.
Cleaning Pad and Canopy
Hand wash pad and canopy with warm sudsy water, rinse
clean and air dry. Do not use bleach or use other harsh
cleaners. Do not dry clean or machine wash.
Harness Straps:
Spot clean only. Do not machine or hand
wash.
NOTE:
Do not wash the pad while the pad is on the shell.
Spot clean only if it is not removed.
Do not use infant restraint without the pad.
Failure to do this can result in serious injury.

NOTE:
If you have fully
removed the harness
straps,
make sure sewn
end of the harness
strap loop faces the
buckle before starting.
Thread the harness
strap down through
lower harness slot on
left side of shell

Make sure you
weave
the harness
strap in and out of the
shell as shown, before
threading the harness
strap up through lower
harness slot on right side
completely through the
shell

NOTE:
DO NOT twist harness straps.

Install Pad
Starting from top of the
infant restraint, slip pad
on shell.
Pull harness straps,
harness adjustment
strap, and buckle through
slots in pad as shown.
Then slip pad over the front of shell.
Attach the pad tabs on the sides and the button holes on top
of shell.
Attach elastic straps to the vehicle belt path guide.
Attach canopy (see section C-1)
