Remove Harness
Strap
(1)
Pull harness strap ends
through the upper harness
slots from the front.
(2)
Unthread harness strap
ends from the chest clip.
(3)
Unthread harness from
the buckle tongues.
(4)
Pull harness strap out of
shell.

Rotate metal retainer, then
insert retainer up through
the shell and pad.
From the top, pull buckle
free from shell and pad.
Remove Buckle
Lay the child restraint on its
back and locate buckle’s
metal retainer on bottom of
shell.

Removing Pad for Cleaning
You must remove the harness system to remove the pad
from the shell.
Remove the Elastic
Straps
Release the elastic
straps on the back of
the child restraint.

Guides
Remove both lower
harness guides
(A)
in
bottom of child restraint
under recline stand.
Push harness guide lip
toward outside of shell
with one hand while
pulling harness guide
from the front with the
other.
Lower Harness Guides
A
DO NOT remove the headrest pad. Spot clean
with warm sudsy water.
