22-65 lbs (10.1-29.4 kg) and 34-52 in. (85.1-132.1 cm) and
at least 1 Year Old. Forward-Facing using 5-point harness
Never place a child less than one-year old or
weighing less than 22 lbs. forward-facing.

Adjusting Top Anchorage
Strap (Tether)
Lift up to
loosen
To loosen;
Lift up on top
anchorage lock and push
lock toward top
anchorage hook (tether).
To tighten;
After the child
restraint is locked into place
with LATCH or vehicle belt,
put knee in child restraint
and push down. Pull on
free end of top anchorage
strap (tether).
Pull loose
end to
tighten
To Adjust Top Anchorage Strap (Tether):
The top anchorage strap (tether) is used for the
forward-facing position only.
Note:
We strongly recommend that you use the top
anchorage strap (tether) when using in the harness system
mode. If your vehicle does not have an anchor bracket,
please see your dealer or a qualified mechanic and have
one installed. The top anchorage strap (tether) can greatly
improve the performance of this child restraint.
Storage of Top Anchorage Strap (Tether):
When the top anchorage
strap is not in use, place
the top anchorage strap
(tether) hook and adjuster
into the storage drawer
in the back of the child
restraint. Connect the hook
to the drawer as shown.
Close the storage drawer.
