ADVICE ON CHOICE OF
COFFEE
Practically any type of ground coffee on
the market can be used with this
machine.
Coffee is a natural product and its taste
varies, depending on its origin and
blend. It is therefore advisable to try a
number of different types to discover your
own personal preference.
For best results use blends specifically
ground for espresso machines.
The coffee flow should be constant and
should not drip.
The speed of the coffee flow can be
regulated by changing the dosage, the
fineness of the grinding and/or by how
heavily you tamp down the coffee in the
filter.
BEFORE USING THE HOT
WATER/STEAM JET, MAKE SURE
THAT THE STEAM TUBE
