ADJUSTING THE AIR PRESSURE FOR CAP EJECTION
- Check the value given on the pressure gauge (20) (the correct value is given in paragraph 2.3.1 - SPECIFICATIONS)
- Adjust as required by turning the knob (21).
ADJUSTING THE AIR PRESSURE OF THE FIXED AIR DISTRIBUTOR
- If there is an air loss between the fixed ring (6) and the rotary ring (7), adjust the pressure the distributor (6) applies
on the ring (7) as indicated. Adjust the spring assembly (9).
- Remove the counter grub screw and tighten the grub screw (14) (1/4 of a turn at a time).
- Put the counter grub screw back on.
REPLACING THE GEAR WHEEL DURING THE SIZE CHANGE-OVER PROCEDURE
The gear wheel (4) is divided into a number of sections.
Loosen and remove the screws (16), take off the section (17), disassemble the gear wheel (4) and replace it.
