Only lubricants recommended by the manufacturer 

should be used.

 

Drain the air tank daily. Water in the air line will 

damage the product.

 

If the product cannot be used anymore, make sure to 

dispose of it so as not to impose hazards on people 

and the environment.

 

Clean the air inlet filter on the nibbler and compressor 

weekly.

REpLAcINg thE BLADE

See figure 5-10.

 

Make sure to disconnect the product from air supply.

 

Loosen and remove the cutting set.

 

Loosen and remove cutter retaining screw.

 

Remove the cutter from the cutter retaining screw.

 

Insert a new cutter (not included) into the connecting 

rod. Then insert the cutter retaining screw and tighten 

it. (Tightening torque: 3-6 Nm)

 

Screw in the cutting set. Make sure that: 

 

the hole on the cutting set faces the front as 

shown, and

 

the cutting set is 35 mm protruding from the 

nibber's head.

 

Using a wrench to hold the cutting set in place, tighten 

the locking nut.
