TV Sources
Note: If you connect a TV source to the NTSC Coaxial input on a tuner card,
you will not be able to use the S-Video input on that card, since they both
occupy the same space in Media Center�
To use the S-Video input on that tuner card, you need to disconnect the TV
source from the NTSC Coaxial input and go into Media Center TV Signal
Setup and reconfigure the NTSC setup for that tuner card.
Dual-Tuner NTSC TV Connection
You can connect a TV signal to both NTSC tuner inputs using a Coaxial splitter
and watch one channel while recording another or record two channels at the
same time�
Note: Users can view one channel at a time while recording two channels but not
change any of the channels while they are being recorded�
To connect a wall cable feed (direct from your cable TV provider) or standard
definition TV antenna through a Coaxial splitter to the dual NTSC tuners’ Coaxial
inputs, use the setup illustrated in the following graphic:
