YOUR WARRANTY
This product is supplied with a 1 year warranty as follows:

Warranty service for product accessories is provided free of charge within 1 year after
purchasing the product.

We only provide 1 year free warranty for home use.

This warranty excludes damage to the finish of the machine, damage sustained as a
result of neglect, abuse, or failure to follow the suggested maintenance requirements,
shipping charges and if applicable, labor for the installation of any parts shipped to the
owner under this warranty.
Service outside of the Warranty Period:

We are also happy to issue an independent cost estimate if there is a problem with your
fitness equipment after the warranty has expired, or in cases that do not fall under the
terms of the warranty, e.g. fair wear and tears. Please contact our customer service
team to find a quick and cost-effective solution to your problem. In such a case you will
be responsible for the delivery costs.

