Overview
The RSR30 series routers are proprietary data communication products independently developed by Ruijie Networks
Co. Ltd by using advanced semiconductor and communication control technologies. Ruijie series routers are
developed in full compliance with international standard, therefore, they are similar to major routers in terms of usage
and configuration. Network administrators familiar with the configuration commands of major routers can use RSR30
series routers without training.
RSR30 Series Routers
The RSR30 series has one model, namely RSR30-44.
RSR30-44 Router Overview
With modular design, high processing capability and high access density, the RSR30-44 can serve as the access
router of large branches and the convergence rotuer of small branches.
Using high performance microprocessor and Ruijie’s proprietary network operating system, the RSR30-44 supports
BGP, IP multicast, high spped forwarding and rich QoS features to offer comprehensive network solutions for the
industries such as telecommunications, private network, ISP, finance, tax, public security, and railways as well as
middle and large-sized enterprises.
The RSR30-44 is a modularized router that includes the RSR30-44 chasis and optional modules. It supports two types
of modules-SIC and NMX:
SIC module:
1-port non-channelized E1 interface card (SIC-1E1-F) (up to two cards are supported)
1-port channelized CE1 module (SIC-1CE1) (up to two cards are supported)
1-port high speed synchronous serial port interface card (SIC-1HS) (up to three cards are supported)
8-port high speed asynchronous serial port interface card (SIC-8A)
2-port FXS voice interface card (SIC-2FXS)
2-port FXO voice interface card (SIC-2FXO)
1-port ISDN basic rate U interface card(SIC-1B-U)
1-port ISDN basic rate S/T interface card(SIC-1B-S/T)
TD-SCDMA 3G WWAN module(SIC-3G-TD) (up to three cards are supported)
WCDMA 3G WWAN module(SIC-3G-WCDMA) (up to three cards are supported)
CDMA2000 3G WWAN module(SIC-3G-CDMA) (up to three cards are supported)
NMX module:
2-port Gigabit Ethernet network adapter (NMX-2GEH)
8-port E1/CE1 card (NMX-8E1/CE1H)
4-port E1/CE1 card (NMX-4E1/CE1H)
