1. Before turning on the electrical power, ensure you have FULLY FILLED up the
heater with water. To do it; open one of the hot water tap, then turn on the main
water inlet in your house. Once the water flowing out from the hot water tap is
normal with no choking noise, the tank is filled with water and the air inside has
cleared.
All repairs and maintenance work must be carried out by our technical staff or any
qualified electrician.

METHODS OF USE
2.Check for any water leaks on all the pipe fittings and the heater body.
3.Turn on the power supply to the heater, the HEATING indicator at the heater front
panel will light up and the heater is in the process of heating up the water in tank
to your pre-set temperature.
4. During operation, you can adjust the control knob at the front panel of the heater
to make changes to the temperature. Clockwise direction is to increase the
temperature and anticlockwise is to decrease the temperature.
MAINTENANCE
1. Please perform a simple check on the heater before calling our Service Centre.
This is to ensure that the fault is not due to lack of water or no power supply.
