O --  Check if the insulation material is secured in suction part 

if this isn’t the case repair and finish w ith sealant  

O --  Check functioning of air filter indicator  
O --  Clear intake-side of degreaser residue  
O --  Place a new  air filter element  

ENCLOSURE: 

O --  Check the insulation material in the enclosure for damages 

 

        (cover, back panel, floor panel) if necessary repair and finish w ith sealant  
O --  Check if the fan louvers are open  
O --  Check if the discharge silencer is clean (flow )  
O --  Check the frame and brackets for potential cracks  
O --  Check if the bolts of the brackets are secured  
O --  Check the seal w ashers of the Storz coupling for cracks and leakage 
O --  

Check the functioning of the cover’s latches  

O --  Tighten the bolts of the mounting brackets  

TRANSMISSION: 

O --  Check the PTO-shaft for leew ay in the cross journals  
O --  Lubricate the PTO-shaft w ith EP grease (red) 
O --  Tighten the bolts of the PTO-shaft flanges  

TESTING: 

O --  Operation test run of machine  
O --  Check density of discharge sides 
O --  Check pressure valve for 2.5 bar  
O --  Check functioning of indicators 
O --  Check the engine for unusual sounds  
O --  Clean the w indow pane
