Unable to play MPEG4 movies

Check that the MPEG4 file is encoded in Home Theater mode with DivX 5.x encoder.

Unable to recognize USB device

Pull out USB device and re-connect to the player.
Check if the USB cable is plugged in correctly.
Check if the USB device is normal or broken.
Check the Digital camera, Camcorder and 3.5 inch HDD whether has the external Power supply or not.
