cartridge
•
Align the slot and slide the handle over the pin.
Attach drip tray.

Attaching a standard keg
•
Ensure that the trigger button [4] is in the off
position and there are no objects inside.
•
Punch the safety seal on the upper part of the keg
using the CO
2
cartridge shield with pin [12].
•
Press the pin all the way to the end [A]. The snap
sound means correct connection to the barrel.
•
Press the lid opening button [9]. Place the keg inside
the device [B].
•
Connect the mechanism (the CO
2
gas pipe [C] and
the beer dispensing tube [D]) to the dispenser.
ATTENTION! Make sure all hoses are connected
correctly and the CO
2
pressure adjustment knob is
in the off position [-].
•
Turn off the device using the switch [8].
•
Press the lid opening button [9]. Open the device
cover [1].
•
Pull aside the CO
2
cartridge shield (max. 90°).
•
Unscrew the CO
2
cartridge shield (anti-clockwise)
and lift it [E].
•
Place a gas cartridge inside the shield [F].
•
Close the gas shield and lower it to the starting
position.
•
Close the lid and turn on the device with the switch
[8].
•
Before installing a Heineken type keg, remove the
green plastic connector from the top of the keg
using a flat screwdriver [G].
•
Connect the new Heineken type adapter with the
dispenser hose, included in the kit [H].
•
Place the new Heineken adapter with the hose in the
upper part of the keg [I].
•
Insert the Heineken type keg into the device, then
connect the keg to the dispenser.
5. Replacing a keg
•
Set the faucet lever [2] in the vertical position.
•
Set the CO
2
pressure adjustment knob to the [-]
position [RCBD-5L].
•
Open the lid, pull the handle to release the gas
remaining in the barrel, disconnect the hose from
the adapter and remove the barrel from the device.
•
Pull out the needle from the barrel.
•
Install the new keg (follow the keg assembly
instructions).

4. Installation a Heineken keg:
ATTENTION! Heineken kegs do not require a CO
2
gas
cartridge. Remove the gas cartridge (if present) before
installing this keg.

6. Replacing a used gas cartridge
Proceed analogously to a gas cartridge installation.
ATTENTION! Use cartridges with the following parameters:

Changing water in the cooling chamber
It is recommended to change the water in the cooling
system at least once a week.
•
Place the device above the sink.
•
Open the valve with the trigger button [4]. Wait for
the water to drain out of the system.
•
Close the valve with the trigger button [4].
•
Pour 800 ml of fresh water into the appliance.
•
Repeat if necessary.
8. Cleaning the dispenser
•
Before the first use, then at least once a week, it is
necessary to clean the dispenser.
•
Fill the cleaning pump, supplied with the kit, with
warm, clean water.
•
Connect the cleaning pump to the dosing unit [J].
•
Open the dispenser valve. Feed water using a pump.
•
Repeat if necessary.
9. Replacing the connector and gasket of the CO
2
cartridge.
•
Remove the empty CO
2
cartridge.
•
Remove the gasket and connector from the CO
2
cartridge seat [K].
NOTE: Be especially careful not to damage other
parts of the device.
•
Place a new CO
2
connector in the CO
2
cartridge seat
[L].
•
Place the gasket in the CO
2
cartridge seat [M].
•
Press the replaced elements with an empty CO
2
cartridge [N].
WARNING! Using a full CO
2
cartridge creates a risk
of explosion!
10. Replacing the beer discharge hose:
•
Open device lid and gently prize off the hose
housing. Then set the tap to the beer flow position
and gently pull the house until it is removed
completely. Releasethe tap.
•
Remove hose housing. Remove the clamp from the
hose and remove the plastic nozzle from it.

When a leak around the needle is discovered, replace its
seal. In order to do that remove the seal with the handle
from the device, unscrew the needle from the handle
(anticlockwise), remove the old seal, attach the new seal
and screw the needle to the handle (clockwise).
3.3. DEVICE USE
After correctly installing the keg and connecting the device
to the power source, it is possible to begin work. To start
the device, put the switch in the „ON“ position.

Setting the cooling temperature
By means of the [+] and [-] buttons located next to
the temperature display, the user can change the
cooling temperature of the keg in the range of 2°C -
12°C (36°F - 54°F).

Changing the temperature unit (RCBD-5LB)
Press and hold the [+] key to change between
degrees Celsius and Fahrenheit.

Working with the dispenser
•
To pour beer into a waiting vessel, lower the faucet
lever. The beer will start to escape through the
nozzle.
•
To prevent excessive foaming, bring the nozzle
closer to the wall of the vessel and hold it at an angle
so that beer does not drop into the vessel from
a height.
NOTE: Do not dip the nozzle tip in beer. This can
cause excessive foaming.
•
After pouring the beer, set the lever in the starting
position.
NOTE
: It is recommended to cool and rinse the vessel
before pouring beer to avoid excessive foaming.
NOTE
: Insufficiently chilled beer can foam up high.
It is recommended to store the keg in a cool place
before installing it in the device.
NOTE
: Increased amount of foam produced when
pouring the first portion of beer is normal.
NOTE: The last portion of beer can be forced out of
the keg at more than usual pressure.
3.4. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
a)
Unplug the mains plug and allow the device to cool
completely before each cleaning, adjustment or
replacement of accessories, or if the device is not
being used.
•
Attach hose housing, insert plastic nozzle into the
new hose and put on clamp.
•
Set the tap in the beer flow position and insert the
other end of the hose into the tap as far as it will go,
release the tap.
