12- IN THE EVENT OF PROBLEMS
Problem
Explanation
Suggested solution
• The appliance doesn't function
• The prerecorded music will not
play
• The 'previous track', 'next track'
and volume control do not function
• The massage mat stops working
by itself
• The remote control lights are blin-
king and the appliance does not
work
• No electrical supply
• It is not possible to listen to the prerecor-
ded music when the cord linking the MP3
player to the remote control is plugged in
• The music function switches only func-
tion for listening to the prerecorded
sounds. They do not work with the MP3
player
• The appliance switches off completely
after 15 minutes in SHIATSU mode
• Your appliance is on safety mode
• Check that the plug is inserted correctly in
the socket or try plugging the appliance into
another socket
• Disconnect the cord (27) from the remote
control
• Control the music function with the appro-
priate switches on your MP3 player
• If you wish to extend the length of your
massage session, you can restart your ap-
pliance by pressing the on/off switch (1)
• Unplug the power cord, wait a few seconds
then plug it again: your appliance is now rei-
nitialized.
